Unntak for lag som havner på venteliste og ikke får plass i turneringen.
Det er klubbens ansvar å sørge for å innhente politiattest på foreldre/lagledere som skal overnatte på skole/hotell sammen med deltagerne

Jeg samtykker at Skandia cup kan lagre informasjon om meg. Informasjon som blir lagret inkluderer fult navn, telefonnummer adresse og fødselsdato på kontaktpersoner og spillere. All data lagres i henhold til gjeldene personvernlover.
Det filmes, streames og fotograferes under Skandia cup. Jeg godtar som leder at det er mitt ansvar å samle inn samtykke fra spillerne eller foreldre/foresatte at de kan filmes/tas bilder av og at dette kan brukes til promotering av Norway Cup på nett, media og sosiale medier. Kansellering av turneringen og Force Majeure
I tilfelle Skandia cup ikke kan holdes eller blir utsatt på grunn av hendelser utenfor arrangørens kontroll (force majeure) eller på grunn av hendelser som ikke kan tilskrives grov uaktsomhet av arrangøren, vil ikke turneringens arrangør kunne holdes ansvarlige av delegasjonene for eventuelle skader, kostnader eller tap som påløper – for eksempel transportkostnader, overnattingskostnader, kostnader for tilleggs bestillinger, økonomiske tap etc. Under disse omstendighetene forbeholder arrangøren seg retten til å beholde hele påmelding / deltageravgiften og å bruke den til fremtidige turneringer, eller til å tilbakebetale delegasjonene etter fradrag av kostnader som arrangøren allerede har pådratt seg som følge av organisering av turneringen, og som ikke kan gjenvinnes fra tredjepart.

Ansvar
Skandia cup er på ingen måte ansvarlig for skade eller økonomisk tap som kan oppstå i forbindelse med krig, krigshandlinger, borgerkrig, revolusjon eller sivile forstyrrelser eller på grunn av myndighetens handlinger, streik, lockouts, blokader eller lignende hendelser.
